Hello Papoy Core. I had a problem with the Winter Sales Discount and I wanted to know if it could be solved. At the end of December the characters of the Monsters category had a discount of -40%, on December 31 I made a large purchase of these characters (22 in total). The problem is that no discount was applied at the time of purchase and I paid 100% ( I assumed that the -40% would be returned somehow from itchio but it has not been so ) however today January 1, just 1 day later, the Monsters are still with a discount of -40%, today I have made the purchase of 3 other monsters and if the discount of -40% has been applied at the time of payment. The offer states that the -40% discount is active until January 30 ... so I do not understand why the 22 characters I bought on December 31 did not apply any discount. How would it be possible to solve this problem? I have not found a solution, I would like to buy the Fantasy Bundle but I need the amount of the -40% discount to have a sufficient budget buy the Fantasy Bundle, sorry for my English.
